Baker Street Community Church (BSCC) is committed to serving God, proclaiming the message of Jesus Christ, and building the kingdom of God.  We are equally committed to protecting the privacy of our members. This is our privacy notice.  It describes our privacy policy and practices concerning the personal information we collect and disclose about our members.

We collect nonpublic personal information about you primarily from you.  We will only disclose the information we collect, with your written consent.

 Parties Who Receive Information From Us

·          We will not share information about you outside what the denomination requires. 

·          Information will not be shared with outside parties. Instead, we will notify you if someone is seeking    information (i.e., email addresses for solicitation by a missionary.)  You will then determine if you wish to respond to this request. 

·          Limited information about you will be available to other members on the secure portion of our web site.

·          Information about minors will not be disclosed on this web site without parent’s written permission.

BSCC may set and access BSCC cookies on your computer. Other organizations/businesses that are linked to our site have their own privacy policies, not this one.  Other organizations/businesses do not have access to BSCC cookies. 

 Disclosure of Information About Former Members

If you wish to have your information removed, you need to notify us at: info@bakerstreetcc.org or in writing to the senior pastor.

We limit access to personally-identifiable information to those employees who need access in order to carry out their job responsibilities. We maintain physical, electronic, or procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

 What Members Can Do to Help

BSCC is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. Members can help by following these simple guidelines:

·          Safeguard your user name and password to the secure portion of the web site.

·          Keep your information with us current. If your address or phone number changes, please let us know. It is important that we have current information on how to reach you.

·          Let us know if you have questions. Please do not hesitate to call us — we are here to serve you.

Policy Changes

We may revise this online privacy policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on the Web site.
